AWARENESS
You may have a pre-existing condition, or suffer from a post traumatic syndrome brought on by war, changing politics, or illness. There are many people suffering from a chemical imbalance and must take medication to stay balanced and functional. Sadly the people who must take these meds need someone willing to be guard and guardian. The meds per research have documented that patients reach a point where the meds make them feel zombie like and they discontinue their meds. Thus the need of a guardian.
Society tends to frown on mental illness, but there is no shame in having a disorder. There are meds that allow you to be a functioning member of society.
In this section, we focus on those with needs that prevent or intefere with normal behavior.
Stay intune with you mind, body, spirit, so that you are aware of symptoms and changes that may signal a problem. Do not feel embarrassed. Seek counseling, and if you must have meds, take them as perscribed.
Get in touch with you inner body and take note of all changes.
Parents and teachers, keep a close eye on the children. The face many issues that their elders never faced. School violence, covid, hunger, and inattentive parents. Suicide rate is rising among children and it seems that no one will try to fix it. This is the future_ it is the responsibility of every adult, to keep children safe.
COMPASSION
We live in a world where there is no compassion for someone in need. We can only solve the problems in the world if we understand that although we are all human, our heart, brain, and soul, are wired differently. Some people are tall, short, spiritual, religious, loving, caring, and there are somme that are evil and selfish.
We were created as sisters and brothers, no superior ethnicity, no inferior beingss, just people doing the best they can based on the path they traveled. We cannot fix the problems that exist unless we acknowledge them. We cannot save the next generation unless we protect, love and teach them.
It is time for the world to come together to save the planet, humanity, and wage peace as readily as nations are quick to wage war.
HOLY BIBLE
A great place to begin the next phase of your journey is by getting to know Jesus Christ. If you already have a relationship with him, nurture your spirit and feed your faith. The best place to start is by reading scripture.

As you see, we are accepting of your choice to choose your spiritual guide. While I am a firm believer in Christ_ I practice some of the teachings of other religions. There is something here for all.
